EasyPay Support
Customer support is available weekdays from 9am to
5pm, CET.
Incidents may be reported via email or telephone to your EasyPay Reseller.
Please note that due to the varying volume of calls that it is not always
possible to provide support immediately or by telephone.
We therefore recommend
forwarding an email with a detailed description of the problem to us. This
enables us to identify the type of support that you require and schedule
the necessary resources to meet your request at the earliest opportunity.
On site support calls are subject to standard call out fees. In the case
of urgent / emergency support calls which cannot be scheduled and
require immediate attendance, there is an additional charge.

Downloads & Updates
New EasyPay Installation / New User
Below is a link to the latest version of the EasyPay installation software.
This file should be used for new installations only and
not for upgrades. The file is about 80MB and will take about 10 minutes
to download on a typical ADSL Internet connection.
If you are new to installing EasyPay, please check
this link for installation notes.

For EasyPay Upgrades
For those customers who would like to update their existing EasyPay
installation, simply go to the help menu within EasyPay and select the option "Check For Updates".
In most cases EasyPay will download and perform any available upgrades
automatically.
If your network setup prevents automatic Internet updates, then you
will need to carry out the update manually. You can do this by downloading the following
compressed file. Please note that this file is compressed
with WINZIP and will need to extracted first. The file will contain the
latest version of the EasyPay program files, which you will need to
replace on your computer.

Every few months we send out the EasyPay newsletter to keep our customers up to date with the latest payroll and human resources information.
The newsletter also details new EasyPay updates, workshops and other events of interest.

Online Backups
We recommend that all customers utilise backup software to store a
copy of their valuable Easypay data offsite to protect against
equipment failure, fire or theft.
We have recently evaluated a number of backup tools and can
recommend iDrive.com. This
award winning
online backup facility will quickly and easily backup your data to
an encrypted and secure backup facility in California. Different
packages are available depending on your backup needs. The basic
package is free and provides up to 2GB of data storage.

Remote Support
We offer all our customers the option of remote support.
One workstation at the customers office can be set up with a remote
support tool so that we can quickly diagnose and fix software without
the need for a site visit.
The secure support tool we use and recommend is LogMeIn. Customers can
sign up for LogMeIn by clicking the logo above.
